"Essentials for Every Believer" Sermon Series - Last time we took a look at "The Lord's Prayer", which is Jesus' response to His disciples when they asked Him to teach them how to pray. He said to them, "Pray like this"! In Part I, we saw in Matthew 6:9-10 that Jesus emphasized beginning the prayer by addressing God as holy, and recognizing Him as the one who reigns over heaven and earth. Now as we see Part II of the prayer, it gets way more practical, but challenges us to pray in a way that prioritizes God's heart and plan instead of our own. It's obvious that our prayers and our lives must be oriented around the person, purpose and plan of the Lord. Join us this week as we understand more how to "Pray Like This"!
